Finished a project!

I finally finished a sweater for Pam's grandson. I was doing the Baby Surprise Jacket, but when I seamed the shoulders there was no room for a neck! Since I'm sure the baby will have a neck, off to the frog pond it went.

This is the five hour baby sweater pattern.

I added the cute little VW bug buttons.

I attempted a hat to match, but it came out being very tiny. I frogged it too. I'm giving up on this, but hope to make the baby something else for next winter.

I'm looking forward to Memorial Day weekend. I have Friday and Monday off from work and hope to be able to do some knitting and scrapbooking.

I was on vacation at the Outer Banks of North Carolina last month. I was staying near the Currituck Lighthouse. The sunset over the Currituck Sound was beautiful!

























This is my new granddog, Jack. He is a five week old Jack Russell terrier. I am very glad he won't be living with me. Jack Russells are just too active for my lifestyle.
